I like how you balance fact & opinion. In my personal experince, the 20 year old, school leaving Dane is a very complete citizen. Able to lead her / his own life, collaborate and with a solid understanding of the state. I do wonder though, about their ability to push through challenging university level topics, aspire to world class thinking on their area, because, if they can do so, Danes, as citizens are a gift to this world. People who have excllence with collaborative endeavour we need for a better tomorrow.
“A gift to the world”! That’s a big compliment! If we do not learn that we’re part of the world - and that we’re all connected with each other - and therefore do not aspire to make the world a better place - but instead prefer to stay within our own bubble and live a good life, believing that we are the best anyways - this gift is quite useless…
